Slow Mo Dupes

Sometimes a Dupe will get stuck going slower than all of their peers, causing them to get stuck trying to complete tasks and ultimately dying (suffocation, starvation, etc) because they can't reach their requirements. This usually happens to me when a new Dupe is printed mid game, but today I had one of my starter Dupes get stuck that way. There's no fix, other than to scrap the Dupe ever being printed by reloading a save or starting a new world. Or wait for them to die, of course. This has happened three times now across three different worlds.


Steps to Reproduce

I'm not sure what to do to force the issue to appear, but it's always a new Dupe, it never effects one that already exists at normal speed.

newly printed dupes usually start at 0 atlethics, ofc. they are slower than their peers and get affected by speed debuffs much harder.

put them in the hamster wheel jail for a bit

Neither of the two above comments should affect a Dupe just being printed at the beginning of a new world. Since they're all starting at 0, no one should be slower, and if it was the cold, all three would suffer from the same slow mo.

Either way, a slower Dupe shouldn't essentially get stuck running back and forth in the same area until they die because they're too slow to reach a food source only 12 ish blocks from them.

I've never seen this issue until recently, within the past two months.
