Slicksters drown in their own poo

Slicksters float on top of liquids, but apparently they can only float on top of a full tile of liquid, so as they poop oil, they eventually fill the tiles underneath, and partially fill the tile they are on.  Instead of floating up on top of that tile now, they drown since it isn't entirely full.
