Sleeping on floor incorrectly improves stress

It's been a while since I paid attention, but I believe this is just the sleeping stress reduction. When they wake, they'll get "Sore Back" which is a debuff.

I confirm it's still in the game. I encountered it in a speedrun, i attached a screen from the stress summary.
