Skills disappearing ?

Hi Support Team, I'd like to report a bug since the last update that happened to me 3 times since 2 days already.
A few moment after launching a new game, one of my Dupe lose one of his skills (maybe two, i'm not sure) like you can see on the screenshot below. The ones selected used to be red.

I spent time to have a balanced team, that's why after it happened some times, i decide to warn you, just in case you wouldn't know this problem (I didn't see it in your "known issues").
