in my current base i have a Dupe with 12 learning (+120% skill learning) and likes supply jobs (+50%). however, he is gaining skill points in Exosuit engineer at same pace as a dupe with 3 learning and no interest in supply.
Steps to Reproduce
have 2 dupes, one with high learning and like supply jobs. and one with no bonuses compete who masters exosuit engineer job fastest.
