Signal counter will get stuck sending a green signal even if internal counter has reached designated limit and "advanced mode" is selected.

Steps to Reproduce
Signal counter is set to "advanced mode" and limit is set to "1".
This may be happening if signal counter is activated during save process and game is shut down before it is allowed to reset internal counter and automation output value. Will need more experimentation to accurately determine cause.
Save file with automation in said state is included. Video in description shows location.
