Shortcuts are not working when game was launched with cyrillic layout.

I'm using Ubuntu 26.04, GNOMEd.

I noticed a bug (or feature?) in version 22.04.

When the game launches with the current keyboard layout set to Cyrillic, it doesn't recognize in-game hotkeys. Even if I change the layout to US English while playing, the problem persists. I have to restart the game with the English layout to resolve the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch Oxygen Not Included with, for example, Russian layout and try to select Dig Tool using G hotkey.

I confirm.

Other Unity-based games are also affected.

This was one of the reasons why I migrated to Mint a few years ago. But in January, after updating to the latest version, Mint is now also affected.
