hine bugs occupying the top row of visible cells will get their light smeared vertically down the screen:
up-to-date Bazzite 43, Radeon RX 6600 (navi23), replicated with no mods (modded minibase start)
Steps to Reproduce
Position the camera so that some shine bugs are near top row of the screen.
Move the camera up and down, observe how the light gets smeared on everything below the shine bug
