Ranch is set up. Priorities are good but dupes won't use powered shearing station because "no critters available" in a drecko ranch

See the initial post. I remember this detail was tacked on later on :wilson_ninja: so it was probably missed again in the full update changelog.

Since there is no hydrogen, they will never grow scales to 100%.
