seive does not rotate properly

Steps to Reproduce
rotate the seive then test, click box offsets from image, loading zone gets buried in wall etc
Go to bugs

rotation offset issue with transformer

How can the mouse be over transformer and smart bat at the same time?
I rotated the transformer, its "hitbox" no longer synchronized to its image.
