If you jigger your smart battery you are sometimes unable to scroll the screen with the keyboard, until you click on a building or something.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Press "d", "w", "a", and "s" until you find your smart battery. 2. Click on it and mess with setting. 3. Press escape. 4. Press "d". 5. Nothing happens. Expected the screen to scroll. Workaround: 6. Click on another building. 7. Press "d". 8. Screen scrolls.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
