This is likely related to the above bug.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Click on a massage table. 2. Click in the "break ends" box. 3. Press escape twice (why you have to escape twice to get out is perhaps another issue). 4. Press a, w, s, or d to try to scroll. Note that you can't scroll. Clicking on another building is a work-around to be able to scroll again.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
