When  ever I start up Oxygen not included this pops up in my screen every time tried re-installing and verifying my game files this still shows up is there any way of fixing this problem

Steps to Reproduce
Start up the game till the title screen
Go to bugs

I have the same thing happening to me.

Except, it's even worse. I basically can't see anything beneath the green jagged lines

It says the minimum is: 

    • OS: OSX 10.9
    • Processor: Dual Core 2 GHz
    • Memory: 4 GB RAM
    • Graphics: Intel HD 4600 (AMD or NVIDIA equivalent)
    • Storage: 2 GB available space

I have:

OS: OSX 10.11

Processor: Dual Core 2.4 GHz

Memory: 4 GB RAM

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9400M

Storage: 82 GB

Your graphics chip is below the min requirements, you need a DirectX 11 grade card but your's is only DirectX 10. There is no indication that the devs will support such hardware so the best you can do is ask for a refund on steam.
