Bunkers are still misbehaving horribly if you're not on screen at the time.
Associated bug reports:
The same automation on bunker doors can be at two different positions of open closed on a single circuit. Door timings to open doors for regolith fall are anywhere from immediate to 50+ seconds, causing overheat on things like telescopes using gravity drops. Door timings for rocket openings are also affected as the doors stay in some weird closed animations far longer than they should, causing the doors to not be opened in time for automations. Nevermind the other obvious issues, such as meteors on a 120+ second wait lobbing shots into the glass tiles above your solar panels.
If you want a save to test with I'll provide it, but this problem should be known on pretty much any save. It's a known concern to always add at least 40 seconds to any door operation because of the quantum lag. Even doing that still won't protect you, but it mitigates a lot.
Image is example. As I scrolled to the right, the other doors started closing later. You can cause examples of minor discrepencies like this to entirely closed and open doors side by side on the same logic circuit.

Use some rockets and some bunker doors. Play a few cycles. Do something else on screen, come back, find the problems it's caused.
