Saving and reloading the game clears the Sleep Interrupted status. Useful when you get the "Stuck sleep interrupted" bug. But it also clears the status if the Sleep Interrupted was obtained legitimately.
Steps to Reproduce
Wait for a dupe to have their sleep interrupted. Save and reload the game. Their status will be cleared.
