Sattelite Dish in Rocket Scan mode does not stop signalling if the rocket has landed

Hi,

I have a Satellite Dish a few tiles away from a rocket silo, where the rocket is definitely located below the satellite dish. When a rocket approaches from space, its signal turns on but it does not turn off after the rocket has landed - or is at least under its perception field.
