[Sandbox] Crash when entering very large brush size

Mistook the brush size for mass and entered a very large value (500000). After pressing enter, the game was not reacting anymore.

Steps to Reproduce
1. start sandbox mode 2. select fill tool 3. enter a very large value for brush size (e.g. 500000) 4. press enter

This just happened to me with a 99999 size Reveal brush in Sandbox mode. Maybe just cap it at 999 or 1000? 1000 seems to work with some lag, and covers the whole map.
