Desalinator can be rotated upside down, but if it is rotated, the salt removal job will not be executed, meaning the desalinator will become useless after it accumulates the maximum amount of salt.
Steps to Reproduce
Place desalinator on the ceiling and have it accumulate a 1t of salt. Let dupes idle and ensure they can travel under the desalinator. Note that they still won't empty it.
