I set the Oxidizer Tank to limit 900kg - but it is Awaiting Delivery of 2700.
Dupes or Auto-Sweeper fill it to its (wrong) demands - and the tank poops it out.
The assigned Astronaut Otto is again kind of unlinked from the game world - absent in both dupe list and the capsule:
