Robo-pilot module cannot be refilled

Just want to confirm I'm observing this issue as well. I've had at least one rocket get stuck out in space because it ran out of datapacks and had to be destroyed to recover its resources. And with rockets that are presently grounded after having made trips, they too are not getting resupply tasks for their datapacks.

I am also seeing this issue. 
After Robo-pilot rockets return from space and have consumed the original data banks, they are no longer able to be resupplied. The only way to trigger a resupply errand is to destroy the module and rebuild it.

I've got this issue too, I've lost one rocket to being stranded even though the automation port said it was ready for launch. I would really like to see that data banks being 100% full added to the `rocket is ready for flight` automation port (and not just a sufficient amount since it doesn't really account for mining time or something).

Confirmed. Game hotfix 651155 resolved this issue for me.

Still having the same issue. it's an old FPP save upgraded to bionic version.
