One Robo.Miner endlesly digs a patch of Regolith. A Dupe can however just dig and remove it.

Steps to Reproduce
Not sure. Does not seem to be reproducible. I saved and attached a game-file that is zoomed to the problematic tile. It is always the same tile in this base.

If someone has the same issue try saving and loading the game it worked for me. So I'm not sure if attached save file will help.

From what I saw the dupes can't mine this tile as well so it seem like the issues is with the actual tile. The only thing different about that tile is that it says that there is a buried object. Note that once I loaded the same the tile no longer had a buried object and it was mined without issues.
