I am wondering whether that is intentional. Since you cannot get Sleet What from care packages (also a possible bug), this probably makes a huge difference.
Steps to Reproduce
Generate some Rime maps, find some Sleet Wheat on some of them, usually hidden in buildings in the ice biome.
