EDIT: this only shows up if scrolling back beyond a prior cycle before the current testing branch. It sticks in the reports until reloading the game {probably a reused index or something}.

Steps to Reproduce
check reports, scroll backwards in cycles until you reach old entries not previously accounted for in present/newly minted reporting schema. Then scroll forwards to the present day. Entry resides at the bottom or second to bottom of the list.
