When Smart Storage Bin or Refrigerator inside a rocket are restricted because the Rocket Control Station is set to Grounded, the automation signal is forced to be red. This means it is not possible to have an automated check for whether e.g. the rocket's refrigerator is full.
The reason is that restricted buildings are set as not operational. The code handling it would need something like https://github.com/llunak/oni-storagerefrigeratorthresholds/commit/1ff8a6ea5282f5c5fd7ee198f048cb761185ef46 .
- Build a rocket and e.g. a Smart Storage Bin inside of it.
- Power the storage, fill it, add automation wire to it.
- See that the signal is green.
- Set the Rocket Control Station to Grounded.
- See that the signal has changed to red.
