Restricted Airlock not blocking work order assignment

So, I built myself a nice little dupe silo.  Took a bit but I've got 5 dupes buried deep in the asteroid near some oil who are dedicated to working on the far side of an airlock.  The airlock, as seen in the image, is blocked by default to all dupes and only the 5 in question are allowed through it.  There are tasks on the far side that, as best I can tell, are being assigned to the entire dupe workforce, and not just the five dupes allowed in that region.  I came to this conclusion because way more than 5 jobs are being listed as designated in the area, and it's a bit of an assumption.  I've attached the save for reference if it helps.
