Resources not found in tab despite having that resource.

despite having refined copper (and not useing it to build stuff) the game still thinks that i have none available.

could not find a way to reproduce it.

It says "reserved". It seems you used the refined copper for a build and until you cancel the build, the game will reserve that resource
