Duplicants keep delivering resource to the designated plant but it shows that the resources (water/soils) is not successfully delivered. It appears on the ground which is like, transparent. When deleting the object, water and soils will appear.
Above is chinese version, first arrow means the box needs water, second arrow means water on the ground, but cannot be seen.

Quit the game.
Quit the game.
