Research UI too big

It appears this screen got added into the things that UI scaling applies to in one of the last 3 patches.
This screen didn't need UI scale, it was already perfect in 4k, now it's difficult to use.
Please let us zoom out a lot further on the research screen, or at least turn the research tree screen scaling back off.

I am having this same issue in the final product.

I'm playing on ~145% with 4k res and it seems way too big. takes about 10 click and drags across my desktop to go from one side of the tree to the other. The previous tree seemed perfect in size and being able to navigate it quickly.

Please fix this!

This has been an issue for months and is incredibly annoying to play with.
