Research screen doesn't show much content at high resolution

Starting in 347269, the research screen shows very little at 5120x2880 when fully zoomed out. All of the content is accessible, however. Attached screenshots show content at minimum and maximum zoom.

Steps to Reproduce
Open the research screen when game resolution is set to 5120x2880 fullscreen.
Go to bugs

This is a UI scale issue, not resolution (based on other issues filed). I forgot that my UI scale is set to 150%.
