"Research Center Idle"

So basically if you have a research station and a super computer but your current research only requires one of them a note pops up saying "Research Center Idle" that states that the station can't produce the research required for the current task. I really don't see why this is necessary because it's not an issue if you don't need the station for the current research task. I guess the intention of this is to notify players when they need to build another station for research but it's unnecessary when the station that is required for the research has already been built.
