When the game is not paused, if you attempt to rename a rocket, the text entry control resets after a fraction of a second.
You can workaround the issue by only attempting this while the game is paused.
Update: The buttons to Acknowledge Warnings and Launch also seem to be suffering from a similar issue, which makes it very difficult to actually launch a rocket for the return leg.
Steps to Reproduce
Open the attached save file.
Attempt to rename the rocket while unpaused.
