Refined Metal not registering

Hi, I've recently encountered a bug which has pretty much stopped all progression. The game has ceased to register refined metal as existing. In fact it says there is 0 refined metal. Now there is a chunk of refined copper metal that weighs 1008kg right in front of the smasher and at least 50 kg in storage, but nothing can be built with it.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Used Pre-occupation update save 2. Normal Operation for 10 cycles 3. Depleted or Overextended refined metal reserves 4. No new refined metal is registering

Sounds like you reserved all of it for construction somewhere. Without a save nobody can help you further.

I think you're right. After some further testing it seems the problem has nothing to do with the deconstruction of the automation wire, instead it has to do with reaching, or overstepping the 0 point. After which it seems that it won't register any new material. I'll get a save up soon.
