After discovering a pre-built Security Door, the Red Light, Green Light colony advancement triggered because the door is presumably attached to a non-functional automation grid (at least it has been in other doors I've found). However, I don't have automation unlocked and have no access to the automation overlay, so the achievement is a bit premature.
