While playing on cycle 2 my game has decided to stop showing raw minerals I have plenty in storage and on the ground but no matter how much I have I can not build anything that requires raw minerals.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Open Optimistic Committee Cycle 2 or 3 2) On load all minerals will be displayed 3) After a moment raw minerals drops to zero 4) If storage is checked raw minerals are there but not being recognized
