random mercury spawns

I have random liquid mercury spawning throughout map, not just in base, even after mopping up multiple times.

- some mercury dupes will dump into bottle emptier, some just disappear after the dupe picks up the bottle of mercury without emptying

- saw mercury spawn from electric grill randomly once

- nothing was made of mercury anywhere I could find

Steps to Reproduce

Nothing to reproduce. Just happens even after mopping up mercury

I think I found the culprit. Was a automation wire that was hidden to be constructed. Assuming it turned to liquid as a dupe was building. Can close this out.
