In my Ranch Room, I have a couple of piles of sand for the hatches to burrow in. One of the hatches was relocated recently and the rancher has come to the station, and is whistling. ... and whistling ... and whistling ... that hatch is comfy where he is, thank you very much.
Also as a bonus bug, that I am not sure how to recreate, sometimes when the hatch comes to the groom station and jumps up they are behind the station graphically.
Steps to Reproduce
Hopefully, load that save and watch poor Frankie being ignored. If not ... Build Ranch room leaving a tile or two inside for hatches to burrow. Set up feeder so they aren't out of burrow eating, or trap a full one. Wait for rancher to come to groom. ETA: Frankie seems to realize he is being ignored on my reloads.
