Pufts do not eat enough food

I'd like to add some pictures to this issue.  I would say definitely since last patch, and likely not before.  I've had this setup for awhile now and only this weekend to now had a couple pufts starve for seemingly no reason.  About one in five pufts do this for me, over 150 cycles or so thus far.

(build 366134) edit: 100ish cycles later all pufts were doing this(dense, squeaky, normal, and princes), so i murdered them all to wait for theoretical patch/fix.  200 cycles after that the molten slicksters starting doing the same thing, which i posted in another bug thread here.  Replacing them didn't fix it.
