Problem with connected gaming peripherals

Good day.

I do not know exactly where to put this "issue"

I have connected some gaming peripherals like Joysticks, flight rudder pedals, e.t.c. and it is quite problem connect or disconnect them from computer. The problem is when I have connected them, then the game is "reading" them and reacting to them. Would you, please, make possible to "disable" them in game? Thank you!

Steps to Reproduce
Connect some special gaming peripherals like joysticks, rudder pedals or trottles and try to navigate in any menu with the scrollbar.

User Feedback

To understand the problem: Game thinks that peripherals are gamepad or something similar. But the axes on some of theese peripherals are not possible to center them because their default position is at the end of axis. It's just like you hold pad fully up or down. Not in its center. That causes continous scroll bars scrolling.

I've put this into our bug tracker so the team can look into implementing functionality for disabling controllers. Thanks for letting us know.
