after loading a saved game I saw all my priorities were reset to the default 520180316160330_1.thumb.jpg.f2238dce3fe6071474ad3da54e0ae7e2.jpg

Go to bugs

I can confirm this behavior. It has happened without a game reload too. I believe it can be triggered by the cycle auto-save.
