Steps to Reproduce

1. Give him a skill hat

2. allow him to put on clothing, in this case i gave him a primo garb overalls

3. his hair'll do a weird thing.

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

This happened to all my dupes with non-default clothing on a pre-beta save (notice no hats on the floor for the 3 dupes on the right), no hats are shown on the skill screen preview either
