no easy description/title for this one, you can cause pressure damage by doing steps to reproduce, without any pressure involved
Steps to Reproduce
1. build mesh tile, 2 replace (build at same spot) hydroponic farm tile, 3. build pipe at farm tile... it will not build but cause constant pressure damage on that hydroponic farm tile
