Powerbank charger melts on touch with water

When the power bank charger makes contact with water, in my case it was polluted water, it gets extremely hot and melts when it breaks, basically outputing 1000°C on that place.

Your images don't load for me. I don't know about the charger, but the power banks are intended to violently blow up in contact with water - it injects the electric charge left in the battery bank directly into the water as heat and can result in temperatures up to even 9726.85C
