Power transformer has 'No Power' error tooltip when batteries still have charge.

I have two power transformers being fed by a heaviwatt power line that is connected to a generator and a smart battery bank. When the generator shuts off, the power transformers pop up a 'No Power' error tooltip even though the batteries still have plenty of charge. I can confirm that stuff downstream of the transformers is being powered despite the 'No Power' warning.

Steps to Reproduce
Connect a generator to some batteries and the upstream side of a transformer. When the generator turns off, the transformer will say 'No Power' despite the batteries being charged.
