The power control station building has a warning about being outside of a power plant room type, however they're completely functional when in this situation and will be automatically used by dupes to build microchips.
Either they should need to be inside the power plant room type, or they should have their warning removed.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Have a power control station outside of a power plant room.
2. Set the power control station to use a refined metal you currently have access to.
3. Wait for a dupe with the electrical engineering skill to start building microchips.
