As you can see in the video, the visuals have a size of roughly 4 x 4 but the bounding box for the building is actually 2 x 4, it doesn't happen with any other building in the game except for background buildings (automation etc, you know the stuff). This causes the building to graphically overlap with a lot of other things. So it would be great to change the visual or its prio, maybe make it appear above everything else, or make rid of the over-extended plugs/tools.
Steps to Reproduce
Play a game and build a Power Control Station near any building. Tiles are the most notorious case.
