Poor Gossman is stuck doing their business for all of eternity

Reconstructing the bathroom seems to fix the issue

So the truth, it turns out, is very sad:

Each time Gossman washed her hands, she made some polluted water go down the pipes. She then saw an available toilet, so ran for the toilet and started going. While sitting there, the polluted water arrived, blocked the pipe, and made the toilet inoperational (first the left, and then the right). "Oh well, maybe later," thought Gossman. She ran to leave the lavatory, politely washing her hands on the way out and sending dirty water down the pipes. As she left the washroom, she thought, "Oy, I have to pee!" and tried again.

There's a few different issues here. Thanks for the save file, we'll look into it.
