Polluted water does not accumulate on airflow tile after falling

Please see attached screenshot.

Natural gas generator built on mesh tiles, polluted water draining into room below.

Lower room has a floor made of airflow tile, but polluted water does not accumulate.  The falling polluted water does produce polluted oxygen which can be recycled into clean oxygen with deodorizers.  Basically free oxygen until the natural gas geyser runs dry.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a natural gas generator on a floor of mesh tile. Build a room below the generator with a floor of airflow tile. Run the generator. Polluted water falls through mesh tile but does not accumulate on airflow tile.

User Feedback

I had something similar with petroleum generator. It is above mesh tiles, then 2 tiles space, then airflow tiles. The polluted water is like a big "floating bubble" above airflow tiles. Even hard to see it. But i'm not sure it's considered as a bug. Since gases go up and down through airflow tiles, if they let the liquid condensate above the tile, this could act as a permeable layer, preventing gases to pass along, like waterlock. So i rather think it's game design, even i agree that visually it look weird.
