Simple issue, when pneumatic doors are constructed in hot locations, they will overheat and break.
This seems like odd behavior, because they cannot be powered, and typically only powered buildings overheat in this way. No other doors are damaged by any heat levels, not even mechanized doors in extreme temperatures.
