Placed battery and then cannot build anything else.

After placing a battery all build options were grayed out. It can only be resolved by canceling the battery.

Steps to Reproduce
qued a battery to be built and then everything became unable to be built.

Were you low on resources? Placing a build order reserves the resources needed to build the structure. The game won't let you place more build orders than you have resources for.
