I've noticed that when a single pitcher pump is sitting above a wider pool of liquid that's almost gone, it fails to extract any of the liquid available to it - dupes will come, start pumping, and immediately abort the errand. The same amount of liquid remains in the pitcher pump, causing useless errand/commute churn.
Steps to Reproduce
Build a pitcher pump above a wider pool of liquid, and several bottle emptiers to request liquid from the pump. Observe if the liquid contents eventually drop to 0.
